Originally from Los Angeles, JJ purchased his first property outside of the USA, set up a mid-term rental there and then fell in love with real estate ironically back in the USA. Shortly thereafter JJ threw himself into real estate education and linked up with passive income coaches like Lane Kawaoka, Chris Miles and Pace Morby that paved the way for several acquisitions in Middle America and the Southeast by 2019. With unlimited access to capital and a passion for real estate investing, JJ Funds shares insightful information through his blog and encourages viewers to raise capital and invest with intention.
